Batches signature loaf. We bake round loaves and tin loaves, both with the same tasty recipe. The shape varies from week to week so you get to try them both. Our loaves are baked with a blend of white flour, stone milled flour and a small amount of wholemeal flour. Batches loaves are made using a blend of grains, all with a focus on supporting local millers and nature friendly farmers. We source our flour from Shipton Mill, Canns Mill and Field Bakery Mil. Deciding what to pay. When selecting your loaf price on our sliding scale please holistically consider your financial situation. This includes, but is not limited to your cost of living, number of dependents, access to financial support and family assets. Income isn't everything, perhaps you earn over 20k, but are a single parent and need to go for the lower tier? Or perhaps you earn 16k, but get regular support from family or are due inheritance? This project is dependent on enough people choosing our Pay-it-forward price. If you choose either of the pay-it-forward prices you are supporting Bristol residents to have equal access to nutritious bread.
